Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.
Content: We store the content you upload to your realm, including text, images, audio, video, and associated metadata. This content is stored on Hetzner S3-compatible object storage.
Usage Data: We collect basic server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These are used solely for security monitoring and debugging.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for advertising or marketing purposes.
When you use AI features within the Service, your content may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing (e.g., transcription, summarization, embedding generation). This processing is done solely to provide the features you request. We do not permit AI providers to use your content for training their models.

If you enable subscription tiers on your realm, we process subscriber data (email addresses, subscription status, payment information via Stripe Connect) on your behalf. In this context, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. You are responsible for providing your subscribers with appropriate privacy notices.
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
