By accessing or using Autonomy Realms ("the Service"), operated by Robert Samuel White ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Autonomy Realms is a platform that provides users ("Realm Owners") with a hosted subdomain environment for publishing, organizing, and distributing digital content ("Signals") to their audiences. The Service includes media storage, content organization tools, AI processing features, and optional subscription management for audience access.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All fees are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New subscribers on paid plans (Basic or Advanced) may request a full refund within 21 days of their initial subscription purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
If you use the subscription features of the Service, you are the data controller for your subscribers' information. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding your subscribers' data.
The Service may use artificial intelligence to process and organize your content. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and may not be fully accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-processed content before publishing.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your realm and its content will be deactivated. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
