All new subscribers on paid plans (Basic at $20/month or Advanced at $50/month) are covered by our 21-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 21 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. It does not apply to renewals, reactivations, or plan changes.
To request a refund within the 21-day guarantee period:
Refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 21-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your realm will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Upon receiving a refund:
The Free Plan (invite-only) does not involve payment and therefore is not subject to this refund policy.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.
